Speculation about Kardashian and Hamilton’s relationship status began swirling earlier this year after the couple were spotted together at luxury hotel and country club Estelle Manor in Oxfordshire, England. In February, a source exclusively confirmed: We This Kardashians Star and Hamilton were on a few dates recently.
