Gypsy Rose Blanchard remembers Ken Urker’s final moments before his tragic death.
The reality star told Page Six exclusively that she unknowingly saw her ex for the last time when he surprised her with a Burger King delivery in September.
“During one of our meetings, I decided to surprise him with Burger King,” Blanchard recalled. “I pretended to be a DoorDash driver and dropped off her food at her doorstep.”
The mother of one shared a screenshot of the playful text exchange dated Sept. 22, which showed Urker thanking her for the unexpected meal.
“You can leave me a five-star review,” Blanchard jokingly wrote next to a photo of the meal on her front door.
“Oh my god, you’re so crazy, hahaha,” Urker replied, adding, “You even bought me a Hershey’s pie 😂,” referencing one of Burger King’s famous dessert options.
“Thank you 😊,” Blanchard wrote before replying, “You’re welcome.”
Looking back on that delightful interaction, Blanchard admitted that he had no idea it would be one of his last memories with Urker.
“It was such a simple, silly moment, but it now means more to me than I can put into words,” she told us.
“I didn’t know this would be the last time I would see him in person.”
While the 35-year-old actress continues to mourn Urker’s death, she said she now values the seemingly mundane exchange.
“Looking back, I am grateful that one of my last memories of Ken was joyful, thoughtful, and filled with kindness,” she shared.
“Sometimes the smallest moments turn into the most precious memories. I will carry this with me forever.”
Urker was found dead at his home in Raceland, Louisiana, on October 1 (his 34th birthday) after concerned family members requested welfare.
Authorities found Urker lying unresponsive in his bed with drug paraphernalia, a syringe and a gun at the scene.
Blanchard previously told People that she believed Urker died of an overdose, but she didn’t know if it was intentional.
An official cause of death has not been determined pending toxicology results. Authorities said there was no sign of foul play.
Blanchard also claimed that Urker was subjected to relentless online harassment following his death, which she believed had negatively affected her mental health.
The former couple, who first linked while Blanchard was serving time in prison for her role in her mother’s murder, rekindled their romance in 2024 and welcomed their daughter Aurora that December.
They separated shortly before his death.
Blanchard and their daughter, now 21 months old, later attended a private viewing for Urker.
Blanchard was also invited to attend Urker’s funeral in Texas and discussed holding a separate celebration of life in Louisiana.
