Dorit and PK Kemsley are one step closer to finalizing their contentious divorce.
Page Six has learned the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star and her estranged husband reached a partial financial settlement Wednesday following a series of lengthy meetings between attorneys in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
Details of the agreement were not disclosed.
They were ordered to attend virtual mediation on Dec. 2 to finalize a custody agreement for their minor children, Jagger, 12, and Phoenix, 10.
PK was the first to arrive in the courtroom, where he was heard telling his legal team he was “nervous”.
A few minutes later, Dorit’s lawyer ushered her into the room and tensions were clearly high.
“They both looked nervous and stressed,” an eyewitness said.
After both sides were heard, Judge George Bird met with the ex-lovers’ lawyers in the courtroom for about an hour. When he returned, he told Dorit, 50, and PK, 59, to meet with another judge in a different department to resolve their custody differences and return in the afternoon.
“I feel like every time we bring this case, we get further and further away,” Bird said from the bench regarding a possible solution. The judge also reminded Dorit and PK that they need to prioritize their children.
On the way to the second judge, Dorit was heard telling her legal team that she needed to step away for a cigarette before starting negotiations for the afternoon. His team insisted they check in before taking a smoke break.
The former couple married in New York on March 7, 2015. They announced their separation on May 9, 2024.
Dorit filed for divorce nearly a year later in April 2025.
Both are scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 24 to continue settlement talks.
