Halle Berry’s 12-year-old son begged his father, Olivier Martinez, who allegedly strangled him, to pick him up, according to court documents obtained by Page Six.
Martinez claimed that their son Maceo called him in a panic on September 26 and asked him to “come and choose.” [him] Get up now.”
In text messages included in the filing, Maceo later wrote to his father, “Are you here please come.”
Martinez filed for a domestic violence restraining order against Berry on Thursday, asking the court to temporarily halt visits with her sons. The allegations could not be proven in court. The application was filed Oct. 1 in Los Angeles Superior Court.
