Fox News star Kat Timpf revealed a secret to her fans on her comedy show over the weekend.
At midnight on Wednesday “Gutfeld!” The co-host shared a clip on Instagram in which she surprised viewers by turning and lifting her blouse to reveal her pregnant belly.
“Are you surprised?” he asked. “So was I.”
“I shouldn’t have, though, because I’m married to a veteran and the Army always seems to take a while to get over things,” he joked. “What he said would be a quick little trip looks more like an 18-year commitment.”
The announcement comes after a busy few years for the stand-up comedian, who has become a Fox favorite. In February 2025, Timpf welcomed her first child, a baby boy. Hours before she went into labor, she was diagnosed with “some” breast cancer.
The “little piece” she was referring to was ductal carcinoma in situ: a “preinvasive” cancer that causes cancer cells to grow within the milk duct in the breast, but the cancer cells have not yet spread to the breast tissue, according to the Mayo Clinic.
She underwent a double mastectomy in March 2025, calling the decision one of the hardest she has ever made.
“For the first six weeks of my son’s life, I wasn’t sure exactly what the course of my illness was,” she later told People.
“It’s scary but empowering,” he continued. “It’s devastating to lose your breasts forever, especially when you’ve just given birth and everyone is asking you about breastfeeding. It’s heartbreaking. But I keep reminding myself that I chose this over the alternative. Because the alternative would have been so much worse for me.”
Called “the most-watched woman on late-night television” by the New York Times, Timpf shares her breast cancer journey on social media, podcasts, and “Gutfeld!” He shared it by taking part in the program.
A year ago, she told the New York Times that she had been through a lot, but being candid about the trauma gave her purpose.
“If a woman is less embarrassed by her own mastectomy, that’s a win,” she said.
At the time of the interview, Timpf had recently undergone reconstructive surgery and had breast implants placed to replace the tissue expanders placed during her mastectomy. In December, she shared on Instagram that her colleague Jennifer Griffin had given her her first tattoo: nipples.
During a recent stand-up special at the Impromptu in Orange County, she told the audience that she was welcoming her second child with a “wonderful man.” Her husband, Cameron Friscia, is a former Army Ranger who served with the 101st Airborne Division in Afghanistan. He now works in finance.
“My birthday is coming up next month, and I told her, ‘Baby, you don’t even have to buy me anything. Better yet, buy yourself something. A vasectomy. I’ve had enough surgery. It’s someone else’s turn.'”
