Ben Affleck Admits He Had Empty Conversations With Kids Online While Playing ‘Fortnite’

The players’ anger reaches everyone, even celebrities.

Ben Affleck recently revealed on the “New Heights” podcast that he sometimes talks trash to kids online while playing the popular multiplayer open-world survival game “Fortnight.”

It looks like Affleck is having a hard time taking the pressure.

“Fuck you twelve-year-olds,” Affleck complained to hosts Travis Kelce and Jason Kelce during the Oct. 7 podcast episode. “I get killed right away and they mock you and say, ‘You suck! F— you!’ They say things like ”

Affleck admitted that he “got into an argument” with kids in the game’s chat.

“F— you! I don’t suck,” Affleck told the podcast hosts. “I’m a grown man.”

Affleck, who is currently promoting his crime thriller “Animals,” joined the podcast to discuss the project. He explained that the costumes in the movie were inspired by some of the so-called costumes in “Fortnite.” The video game features different skins that can be upgraded through milestones, challenges, and more.

As Affleck pointed out in the podcast, special and limited edition skins, which became one of the most appreciated aspects of the game, were also removed from the game.

“My son and he were like, ‘Can you get me these real skins for Fortnite for Christmas?’ they said. But these are $300,” Affleck says on the virtual costumes podcast.

Affleck has long been an avid actor. In the podcast, he revealed that he is a fan of first-person shooters, as well as sports games such as the football game “Madden” and the basketball game “NBA 2K.”

The actor also openly expressed his love for the first-person tactical hero shooter video game “Valorant.” He’s been spotted at major tournaments and even attended a livestream viewing party with esports team Sentinels last year.
