Former Vanderpump Rules star Jax Taylor He’s taking additional steps to move on amid his contentious divorce from his estranged wife. Brittany Cartwright.
According to court documents obtained We On Tuesday, October 13, Taylor’s lawyer said: Mark Vincent Kaplanis asking the judge to declare the reality TV star legally single while she works on a global divorce settlement covering financial, property and support issues.
“Taylor respectfully requests that this court grant his motion for bifurcated judgment on marital status only,” court documents say. “It is clear that this marriage is irreparable and that keeping the parties bound together as husband and wife will not benefit anyone. [Taylor] He wants the freedom to continue his life as a single person, and we assume this: [Cartwright] “I would like the same opportunity.”
Taylor’s lawyer argued: Valley the graduate “has the right to request immediate termination of his/her marital status.”
“It has been almost two years since the case began with minimal progress and no set trial date. [Taylor] Court documents allege there was no clear path to resolution and no justified desire to seek an alternative path to divorce.
