Estate reveals huge six-figure amount

late singer Erin Kara She left behind huge music royalties that she never collected before her death, according to her estate.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Erin’s business managers said they discovered the singer earned more than $300,000 in royalties before her death. The business manager has raised funds.
Chappell Music held $246,000, another company called Phonographic Performance Limited held $78,000 and Unidisc Musique held $8,000, the document said.
The estate said they wanted to clarify that the business manager was due to receive 15 percent of the $333,353, based on a verbal agreement between the business manager and Irene.
Business managers are also working to find a buyer for the rights to Erin’s music, negotiate for future uses of the music and review proposed royalty offers for the use of Erin’s music, according to the filing.
According to TMZ previously reported, Erin passed away 2022, 63 years old. She is the creator of the 1980s hits “Flashdance” and “Fame.”
