Kendall Jenner and Jacob Elordi may be spending plenty of time under the same roof, but they’re not ready to officially move in together just yet.
“Things are going really well between them, but they’re not rushing towards anything that serious,” a source told Page Six exclusively.
According to insiders, the “Euphoria” star is staying with the supermodel while she searches for a home of her own in Los Angeles.
“Jacob had been renting a place in the Hollywood Hills, but after the property sold, he needed a place to stay and started spending more time at Kendall’s,” the source said.
“He’s staying with her while he looks for a place to buy.”
While the 30-year-old “Kardashians” star has joined the 29-year-old Oscar nominee on some of her house-hunting trips, an insider revealed that the duo are not shopping for a home together.
“Kendall got involved and went looking at places with him, but it’s not because they’re planning to move in together or buy a house as a couple,” the insider explained. “He helps her take care of it.”
The couple’s trips apparently led to confusion about whether they would take the next step in their relationship.
“People may have seen Jacob and Kendall together looking at houses and assumed they were house shopping together, but that’s not what happened,” the source said. “Jacob is looking for his place.”
The insider also cleared up speculation about Elordi’s previous home in the Hollywood Hills, revealing that he does not own the property.
“Some people think Jacob sold his house, but he was actually renting his place in Los Angeles and the owners sold the house in June,” the source said. “Jacob no longer lived there after the owners sold it.”
And the “Frankenstein” actor is in no rush to settle into his next home.
“He’s been staying with Kendall for a while, so there wasn’t such a big rush for him to find a place,” the source said. “He has a place to stay while he searches for the right place.”
Reps for Jenner and Elordi did not respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
Meanwhile, the couple’s romance has continued to heat up in recent months.
As Page Six previously reported, Jenner considers Elordi “husband material” and believes she “could actually marry this person.”
A source told Page Six at the time that the reality star was “happier than she’s been in a long time” and those closest to her could see the relationship was getting serious.
Jenner and Elordi recently took the plunge in public by posing for a photo holding hands in August, marking their first PDA moment as a couple.
The couple, who first sparked dating rumors in February, were seen looking elegant for their night out as they had just enjoyed a romantic dinner date at ChinaTang Restaurant in London.
The escape came after the couple had been quietly spending time together for months.
Page Six reported in May that Jenner was “a little hesitant at first” about taking their friendship to the next level because the two had known each other and moved in the same circles for years.
But Elordi quickly fit in with Jenner’s tight-knit group of friends and family, and she was “super easy-going and down-to-earth,” an insider told Page Six at the time.
Kendall has previously been linked to NBA star Devin Booker, Bad Bunny and Harry Styles, while Elordi’s past relationships include Olivia Jade and Kaia Gerber.
