Nicole Scherzinger She revealed that she had a horrific accident shortly before her performance over the weekend that left her skin disfigured.
The Pussycat Dolls singer shared a photo in an Instagram story on Sunday showing severe burns and blisters on her leg, which she said were the result of boiling water being poured on her before her Sept. 26 performance at the PSD Bank Dome in Düsseldorf, Germany.
“Nothing like having boiling water dropped on your leg an hour before your set – But the show must go on,” he wrote in his post, according to People. “Thank you for letting me continue, Düsseldorf. See you soon, Amsterdam.”
Scherzinger is currently touring Europe with her Pussycat Dolls bandmates Ashley Roberts and Kimberly Wyatt as part of their PCD Forever tour. The tour, which started in June, is scheduled to end on October 13 at The O2 in London.
The pop group announced in an Instagram post in May that it was canceling most of its U.S. tour leg “after taking an honest look at its North American run.”
“Dolls: We want to share an important update with you,” the band wrote, according to Variety . “When we announced the PCD Forever Tour, we hoped to bring the show to fans around the world. After taking an honest look at the North American run, we have made the difficult and heartbreaking decision to cancel all but one of the North American dates.”
