“Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star Whitney Rose reportedly filed for divorce from her husband of almost 17 years, Justin Rose, on Tuesday.
Whitney, 40, filed his petition in the Third District Court for the Salt Lake Department, it was reported Wednesday. The couple married in 2009 and have two children: 16-year-old daughter Bobbie and 13-year-old son Brooks. Justin, 58, is also the father of three sons from his first marriage.
Whitney told Justin during a discussion about their relationship on “RHOSLC” Season 7, Episode 2, which aired Sept. 23, that she was “hurting” after a “really rough” 2025.

“Instead of dealing with my emotions, I was using alcohol to deal with my problems at home,” he said.
The Times reached out to Whitney’s representative for comment but did not immediately receive a response Wednesday.
Whitney said losing their jobs in 2025 is a major stressor in their relationship.
“The disagreement and argument about work snowballed into arguing about everything. It escalated to liking what was for dinner,” he said in the episode. “If I answer wrong, he’ll get angry at me. If he implies something, I’ll get angry at him, too. And there’s no solution to this.”
“As scary as it is, I need a place away from Justin,” she said.
