The photo revealed the “Wheel of Fortune” host’s impressively chiseled torso staring at the sun as she took a break from trail training on her Elliptigo stand-up bike.
Seacrest also included a short clip of him looking from behind at the moon as the camera zoomed in on him flexing his muscles.
“This is what a day off looks like from start to finish. Come on man @georgiafootball,” he wrote.
Fans were quick to comment, with many taking note of his defined pecs.
One person questioned why they were “so pointy”, while another claimed they looked like “diamond cutters”.
Another cheeky netizen even joked that they could “double as a sundial.”
Earlier this year, Seacrest’s appearance sparked concern among his followers, with many concerned about his weight.
A source close to Seacrest told Page Six that he “does a great job and looks great” and that “stories that say otherwise are false.”
We assume Seacrest’s girlfriend is enjoying her boyfriend’s statuesque physique.
