Summer harvest: Maria Menounos In September 2026, she asked for some adorable help from her daughter, Athena. “Papou to Athena [the Greek word for ‘grandfather’] “He’s working hard to make this garden strong so we don’t have to go to the supermarket,” explained Menounos: “Now he’s busy watering the garden and picking vegetables. He eats green beans with me and says, ‘Mom, isn’t it great that we don’t have to go to the market?’ he says. “Next year he will have his own section to plant.” There is always room to grow!
