The highly anticipated Elizabeth Holmes documentary “You Can See Everything” received a surprise “R” rating for “some graphic nudity.”
According to FilmRatings.com, the upcoming documentary also received a prohibitive rating from the Motion Picture Association (MPA) for “language.”
The Nathan Fielder movie, which will be released on October 16, has garnered widespread attention after a teaser first showed the disgraced Theranos founder dramatically opening his eyes wide to a stunned Fielder, denying the infidelity.
In the clip, Holmes, 42, was just inches from Fielder’s face and told Fielder: “I’m not that person. I can promise you that. I have nothing to deceive you about; of course I’m not deceiving you.”
Throughout the encounter, he holds Fielder’s gaze with extraordinary intensity, refusing to blink, looking directly into his eyes and smiling.
“I’m interacting with you as a human being,” he continued to the director. “Why would I cheat on you? There’s no reason for me to do that.”
Fielder replied, “Okay. Okay. Okay, good conversation… Are you for real right now?” “I always keep it real,” he replies.
The exchange occurred weeks before he was due to report to the Federal Prison Camp in Bryan, Texas, in May 2023; where he is serving an ongoing sentence on wire fraud and conspiracy charges.
On social media forums, netizens commented on the film’s newly released rating, with one person saying – directly referencing the trailer – “Why would I cheat on you? There’s no reason for me to do this… undressing slowly.”
“I bet this will show she gave birth,” another person on Reddit said, referring to Holmes’ second child, whom she gave birth to before committing to prison.
A third guessed: “If there’s a warning for ‘uncensored nudity’ in the rating, it’s probably male. This has been very common over the last few years.”
“So it says in the title,” another joked.

Fiedler’s documentary about the infamous Theranos founder, which he co-directed with “Primetime” filmmaker Lance Oppenheim, was shrouded in secrecy before making a surprise debut at the Telluride Film Festival last month.
The “Nathan for You” star moved in with Holmes and her family in San Diego in 2023, where he tried to pull back the curtain on her life for the project.
Holmes shares 5-year-old son William and 3-year-old daughter Invicta with partner Billy Evans.
