Klepper posted supercuts featuring two very different lines of attack after Obama said at a 2026 midterm election rally that Trump’s renovations now “make the White House look like Saddam Hussein opened a Cheesecake Factory.”
In one montage, personalities accused Obama of attacking working-class Americans, while in another they argued that the restaurant chain was actually “a little pretentious.”
“Oh, guys, look, I wanted to get mad at you, but I have to say, I’m confused now,” Klepper said. “The Cheesecake Factory can’t be a modest but high-class restaurant where working-class, 1 percent billionaires gather paycheck to paycheck with members of the Illuminati. It makes no sense.”
“Look, I know you’re trying to create a new cycle of culture war outrage, but you disagree here,” he added.
Klepper then returned to Obama’s original criticism that Trump was “obsessed with home renovations” and suggested that he “didn’t want to fall into the trap” of the current president.
But he followed this with a montage of Trump bragging at length about how he’s doing well in the White House.
“I think you’re trapped,” Klepper said. “I have to say it was refreshing to hear Donald Trump talk about something he actually knows about.”
