Anne Hathaway’s Doctor Warned Her Not to Have an Interview That Was Too Spicy

The pregnant “Odyssey” star admitted in a recent interview that her doctor told her she shouldn’t do the popular YouTube show “Hot Ones” while promoting her new movie “Verity.”

The premise of the show is that celebrities eat increasingly spicy chicken wings and host Sean Evans asks them in-depth questions about their lives and careers.

In a clip released over the weekend, Hathaway told the “Talk Of The Townsends” podcast that in “Verity,” her character continued on “Hot Ones” and ate three real wings on set before having to switch to “dummy wings.”

“Then I thought I could do the ‘Hot Ones’ challenge to do press for this movie because it made so much sense,” Hathaway said. “But then I got pregnant and my doctor said I couldn’t do it because I could go into early labor.”

Then the “The Devil Wears Prada” star went completely crazy.

Hathaway added that she hopes to curse out Evans over a milkshake on her show next year.
