The New Jersey prison where Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is serving his sentence is at the center of a sexual abuse case after a corrections officer admitted to sexually assaulting an inmate.
Jordan Pensak, 27, a corrections officer at Federal Correctional Institution Fort Dix, pleaded guilty Tuesday to sexually assaulting a person in federal custody, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey.
Pensak admitted to having sex with an inmate at a low-security facility in Burlington County in January 2026 and sharing sexually explicit photos and messages with him via social media and electronic applications, according to court documents and statements made in court.
The inmate allegedly used two contraband cell phones to facilitate the transaction.
Pensak also admitted to discussing the inmate’s relationship with multiple people, including family members. In one message, she expressed concerns that she might be pregnant with the inmate’s child, according to prosecutors.
He is scheduled to be sentenced on February 10, 2027. The charge carries a maximum penalty of 15 years behind bars and a $250,000 fine.
Page Six reached out to Fort Dix for comment but did not immediately hear back.
The lawsuit, which does not involve Combs, comes as the 56-year-old rapper faces a delay in his projected release date following allegations that he is living a comfortable life behind bars.
According to NBC News, the “I’ll Miss You” rapper is serving a 50-month prison sentence at Fort Dix, where inmates allegedly cook for him, clean his living space and give him Chinese-style massages.
Sources also alleged that Combs had access to a contraband cellphone, premium liquor and prescription drugs, and used the phone to browse social media and view sexually explicit photos.
Combs’ representative pushed back on the reports at the time, telling Page Six that the media had covered “every mundane detail” of prison life and insisting that the music mogul was serving his sentence “within the rules” while awaiting the outcome of his appeal.
He was later reportedly returned to solitary confinement after his alleged prison privileges were revealed.
Combs’ release date from Fort Dix was moved from Jan. 21, 2028, to March 2, 2028, according to Bureau of Prisons records reviewed by Page Six.
A rep for Combs told Page Six: “Sean is focused on serving his sentence and returning to his family.”
Combs was convicted in July 2025 of two counts of transportation for the purpose of prostitution, but was acquitted of sex trafficking and racketeering.
The three-time Grammy winner was sentenced to 50 months in prison in October 2025 and then transferred from the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn to Fort Dix to serve his sentence.
