Jen Affleck She hasn’t been able to fully convince her estranged husband, Zac Affleckshe’s still in his corner, despite openly declaring that she’s his “biggest fan.”
After Zac, 30, shared his candid view of their breakup via TikTok on Thursday, November 5, Jen, 27, took a swipe at her ex on her own account.
Posting on TikTok just an hour after Zac Mormon Wives uploaded by the star, with the words “POV: your [sic] I’m trying to be impressive for two weeks after birth.
In the background of the clip, Zac could be heard commenting: “[I] I hope you’re not making a TikTok that looks like this.”
She added, “Your breasts are literally – Your breasts are hanging everywhere. You don’t want to share that, baby, I can tell you that right now.”
“He has never been my biggest supporter,” Jen captioned the post.
The caption was a sharp reference to Zac’s previous TikTok post, in which he claimed he was “begging” Jen to continue their marriage and insisted he would “continue to support her and be her biggest fan” despite the split.
“It sucks because I really love Jen, and I still love Jen. And yeah, when I first met Jen, she had a light about her, unlike anyone I’ve ever met, and she has a really good heart,” he said in the clip.
He later added that he had no illusions that he was a saint throughout their relationship, saying: “I’ll be the first to say that I’ve made a lot of mistakes in our marriage and it’s time we really went our separate ways.”
Zac also claimed in his TikTok post that he made a last-ditch attempt to save their marriage by promising to “work on things, fix things” and “be the person she needs me to be.” However, the relationship was doomed to end, with Zac stating that the former couple “ultimately couldn’t make the relationship work.”
Zac also said he was worried about the impact the divorce would have on his children, and that both he and Jen were determined to put the kids first, despite their own issues. (The former couple are parents to daughters Nora, 5, and Penny, 16 months, and son Luca, 3. Jen is currently pregnant with the couple’s fourth child.)
“I feel like I’ve let my kids down and I worry that I’ll hurt them, and I hope that we can still give them a normal childhood,” she said.
Jen filed for divorce from Zac on Tuesday, November 3, after seven years of marriage. Us confirmed on Wednesday, November 4, that he also offered a parenting plan, the details of which are confidential.
