Esophagitis is a condition involving swelling and irritation of the tissue lining the esophagus. According to the Mayo Clinic, if left untreated, esophagitis can lead to a condition called Barrett’s esophagus, which increases the risk of esophageal cancer.

She continued: “Maybe over the years, that’s what I wanted to do. I’ve even seen interviews pop up from six or seven years ago. People asked me what I wanted to do if I wasn’t doing the show. I always said I wanted to be a crime scene investigator or a lawyer.”
