Prosecutors pursue Kim Zolciakson Kroy Biermann Jr. Just had emergency papers filed in his criminal case for alleged sexual assault…looks like they want to talk to some underage kids.
According to court records obtained by TMZ, prosecutors filed a motion asking the court to order a forensic interview with “the minor child.” No other details are available at this time.
Forensic interviews were conducted by professionals and it appears the information gathered will be used in the case.

At a recent hearing, prosecutors claim Croy was already on probation for an unknown case… authorities said they found videos on his phone of him having sex with an underage relative.
