podcaster Hila Klein She filed for divorce from her husband Ethan Klein two weeks after she publicly accused him of having an affair.
TMZ and Page Six On Monday, Nov. 2, Hila, 38, wants to end her 14-year marriage, court documents show. It was reported that Hila stated the date of marriage as October 10, 2012, and the date of separation as October 13, 2026.
The “H3 Podcast” co-host is seeking joint custody of the couple’s three sons (Theodore, 7, Bruce, 4, and Sunny, 2), as well as spousal support, TMZ reports.
Hila has also reportedly asked Ethan, 41, to cover her legal costs and wants her maiden name, Hacmon, returned.
He is said to be represented by a divorce lawyer Laura Waterwho have previously represented Kim Kardashian, Britney Spears And Johnny Depp.
On October 23, Hila accused her husband of having an affair in an Instagram post.
“I’m living in a nightmare that I can’t wake up from. My husband is having an affair. I’ve been fed lie after lie for months. I’m tired of lies,” she wrote at the time.
Hila said she “felt something was wrong” in her marriage and “tried to ask.” [Ethan] “I ask questions and share my concerns and hurt feelings,” but “I was met with arrogant responses and no action. The things that bothered me continued to bother me and he did nothing about it. That’s why I trusted him. Because I loved him.”
“He was finally caught telling a lie and I knew I was done. But the lies continued. ‘It was just a kiss’ turned into ‘an emotional deception,'” Hila wrote. “After learning these lies from him, he finally admitted that he had been having an affair for over 6 months, the extent of which I’m sure I still don’t know.”
“The betrayal I feel is immeasurable,” he continued. “The person I loved and trusted for 20 years evaporated overnight. He was my safe place, my partner in marriage, parenting, and work. My only family on this side of the world. How can I even begin to understand that?”
Hila said that she and Ethan had separated and that she was focusing on “taking care of myself and my kids one day.”
Ethan responded in an Instagram Story: “I know many people are understandably looking for comment from me, but I ask that you please respect my family’s privacy and do not contact them to call me or ask for their comment.”
