WWE and Disney Team ‘Avengers: Doomsday’ Themed Worlds Collide

WWE and The Walt Disney Company are teaming up for an “Avengers”-themed collaboration.

Expanding on WWE’s existing relationship with ESPN, WWE will take over the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World Resort for two days this December. The takeover will kick off with the John Cena Classic on December 14, followed by the “Avengers: Apocalypse”-themed premium live event “Worlds Collide” on December 15, ahead of the film’s December 18 release.

As previously announced, the John Cena Classic will feature stars from across WWE, with Cody Rhodes set to join. Members of Club WWE, WWE’s fan membership program, will then be able to vote in real time for their favorite superstar of the night, who will be awarded the John Cena Classic Championship. The event will air live on Netflix as a special edition of “Monday Night Raw.”

“Worlds Collide” will feature WWE stars as well as talent from AAA, the lucha libre promotion that WWE acquired in 2025.

WWE and Fanatics will also feature WWE World for both days of the event, giving fans access to exclusive merchandise, photo and autograph opportunities with WWE Superstars. WWE will also produce and sell “Avengers: Doomsday” co-branded merchandise, including belts, at WWE World, WWEShop.com and select Disney retail stores.

Two-day combo tickets will be available through Ticketmaster starting at 10 a.m. ET on November 13. General presale of combination tickets will begin at 10 a.m. ET on November 12. Additional event and fan experience details will be announced in the coming weeks.
