Chrishell Stause has announced that she and partner G Flip have split after being together for over four years.
The 45-year-old actor and reality TV star shared the news of their separation in a tearful video uploaded to Instagram on October 26.
“I have a pretty humble update that I want to share with you,” Stause began. “G and I are no longer together and have agreed to meet this public separation with love and respect for each other.”
She continued, “It’s not hard for me because I’m in love with this person and I don’t have all the information or reasons.”
The “Selling Sunset” alum said she hopes she will heal as time goes on and learn from the relationship.
“Everything will be fine. I will definitely never do this again,” he said. Stause was previously married to actor Justin Hartley from 2017 to 2021.
He explained that he recorded the video message because fans “deserved a little more than a cold written statement” after showing their love and support for the couple over the years. He said his fans can still offer support, but they must now do so individually.
“I don’t know what else to say, guys. I feel like a little bit of a failure. Nothing you can say about me is worse than what I say to myself. So I need to heal a little bit and figure this out,” Stause said as she began to cry.
She also explained how she is currently processing the breakup.
“I’m a girl in love. I swing big. I miss…” she said before correcting herself. “Or maybe you won’t miss it. Maybe these are the lives and seasons you have to live with people, and I had a great time with G for over four years.”
He added that he would always love his ex-girlfriend, even though their relationship ended in an unexpected way, and wished them both happiness.
In a statement to Vogue Australia, the Australian musician revealed that Stause and G Flip, 33, met at a Halloween party in 2021. “Chrishell stood up and we ended up kissing,” they shared.
The actress confirmed their relationship during the Season 5 “Selling Sunset” reunion in May 2022.
“I’ve been spending a lot of time lately with someone who is very important to me. His name is G Flip,” Stause said at the time. “They’re not a duo, so they move with it, and they’re extremely talented musicians.”
They got married a year later in a surprise wedding. Stause posted a video of them tying the knot on Instagram. The clip featured a montage of their relationship.
Her caption read in part, “Love doesn’t always go as planned… Sometimes it’s good beyond measure.”
They have continued to hold more ceremonies over the last few years. They exchanged vows for the fourth time during their medieval-themed wedding in Los Angeles in July 2025. Stause’s representative confirmed to TODAY.com in a statement that the ceremony also marked the couple’s third anniversary.
