At 11:47 a.m. on Aug. 4, 2025, officers were alerted to a white male wearing a green polo, sweaty and without shoes, attempting to enter a unit on the third floor of the complex.

When police arrived at 12:15 p.m., the male “had left the location.” This is an “ongoing problem,” the report said. Authorities appeared to advise the caller to “change” [the] locks” and notify them if the unidentified male returns.

Just hours later, at 3:50 p.m., the same man was reportedly seen entering and exiting the apartment complex, according to the report. Officers arrived at 4:15 p.m. and noted that the offending party had “temporarily moved out while they remodeled” the apartment. They also briefed the anonymous caller on “letter of agency” procedures, which is a legal document signed by a property owner or manager that gives law enforcement officers pre-authorized permission to enter private property to enforce trespassing laws and arrest unauthorized persons.

On September 8, 2025, at 12:22 p.m., the police were called to the apartment again due to an “ongoing problem” with an unidentified white male. The anonymous caller told authorities that the man, wearing a green shirt and tan or gray pants, was in the building’s garage and “refused to leave.”

Less than two hours later, sheriff’s deputies contacted a white male and white female who reported that the offending party “took some items and then left.” Law enforcement also suggested “alternative options for resolution.”
