Pamela previously took their issues to court, accusing Tenisha of dragging out the legal battle over the millions left by Malcolm. But even so, Pamela reportedly said she had no beef with Tenisha and didn’t understand what was fueling the tension. Pamela is now claiming their family drama has reached new levels, claiming in the filing that Tenisha “terminated” her relationship with granddaughter Mackenzie Warner following Malcolm’s death in Costa Rica in July 2025, TMZ reported. As of now, Tenisha has not publicly responded to Pamela’s latest claims.

As TSR previously reported, Malcolm’s widow, Tenisha, took her mother-in-law to court for $1.2 million, claiming she was in financial trouble. Pamela was quick to refute the claims and said she was willing to provide Tenisha with $4 million from her son’s estate. She also claimed she was willing to give the bulk of her estate to Malcolm’s daughter, along with a $2 million Georgia Trust life insurance policy that was reportedly included in the deal. Pamela said she even worked things out with McKenzie’s court-appointed guardian, but it didn’t end there. In the midst of all this, Tenisha claims she had a prenuptial agreement but her family didn’t honor it.

On July 20, the one-year anniversary of Malcolm’s death, Pamela shared a heartfelt tribute on Instagram, filled with throwback photos of the pair. She also wrote an emotional essay about life without her son and reflected on their bond.
