A facelift can’t hold Meredith Marks back.

The 54-year-old star of “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” revealed she only stayed in bed for two days after going under the knife in February.

“I was down for 48 hours and I was pretty good afterward,” she told Page Six while walking the red carpet at our second annual “Virtual Reality Tea” 2026 Awards held at New York City’s Edison Ballroom on Tuesday night.

The reality star consulted her Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, Dr. Garo was full of praise for Kassabian, labeling him a “genius”.

Marks, meanwhile, has been open about her plastic surgery, telling Marie Claire in September that she “never intended to hide it.”

“Last year I got to a point where everything on my face felt heavy,” she explained. “I wanted to brighten and shine. I was dying to look like a more refreshed version of myself.”

Marks shared that the surgery is “a specialized face and neck lift using a combination of endoscopic and deeper plane techniques.”

Additionally, the Bravo star told the media outlet that the procedure was so minimal that some people “had no idea.”

“I had to explain it for them,” he said, recalling his meeting with the “RHOSLC” production team.

Marks credited his rapid recovery to abstinence from alcohol and an anti-inflammatory diet, as well as red light therapy and copper peptides.

The Bravolebrity also discussed her procedure on Season 7 of the reality series.

Marks is no stranger to plastic surgery and has undergone three previous breast reduction surgeries to correct a condition that causes uncontrollable breast tissue growth.
